Digital Course Delivery

German Compliance Institute primarily provides online courses and digital learning materials. No physical shipping is required for standard course access.

After successful payment, course access is normally provided through your online learner account. You may also receive a confirmation email with details about your enrolment and access instructions.

Access to course materials will only be granted once full payment has been received.

Delivery Time for Online Courses

In most cases, access to purchased online courses is made available immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

If access is delayed due to technical issues, payment verification, or account-related checks, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Certificates and Digital Documents

Where available, certificates of completion or other digital documents may be issued electronically after successful course completion and after any applicable certificate purchase or verification process.

Digital certificates or documents may be delivered through your learner account, by email, or by another secure digital method used by German Compliance Institute.

Physical Shipping

German Compliance Institute does not routinely ship physical products as part of standard course delivery.

If printed certificates, printed documents, or other physical items are offered, the available shipping options, delivery costs, estimated delivery times, and destination restrictions will be shown during the order process or communicated before dispatch.

Shipping Address Responsibility

If you order any physical document or item from us, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

German Compliance Institute is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

International Delivery

If international delivery is available for printed certificates or documents, additional delivery time, customs processing, import duties, or local charges may apply.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a physical item is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the item, we may charge an additional fee for re-dispatch.

If re-delivery is not possible, we will review the matter and may offer an alternative digital version where appropriate.
